By accessing or using MediGuard (“Service”), operated by MediGuard Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MediGuard is a software-as-a-service platform that helps healthcare AI developers prepare and organise documentation required under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). The Service includes a risk classification tool, a technical documentation file builder, a compliance gap analysis dashboard, and an AI-powered regulatory summariser.
Important disclaimer: MediGuard is a documentation assistance tool. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or a conformity assessment under the EU AI Act, the EU MDR, or the IVDR. Output generated by MediGuard must be reviewed by a qualified regulatory professional before submission to any competent authority or notified body.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mediguard.solutions if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by MediGuard Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documentation content you upload or create using the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for submission to any regulatory authority. Risk classifications produced by the tool are indicative only and do not replace a formal legal assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediGuard Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to regulatory fines, failed conformity assessments, or reliance on AI-generated documentation. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
